Refunds and Returns

 

Please choose carefully before purchasing!

Kimberley Products will only issue full refunds if the items you have received are different to those stated on your order confirmation and if you notify us of this error within 7 days of receiving your order.

If you receive a damaged item please keep everything intact and you will be guided to submit a claim with our carrier.

If the items you have purchased are unsuitable or inappropriate for the intended purpose, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving the order. These items will be refunded at Kimberley's discretion, minus shipping costs. We are unable to refund items that have been removed from their original packaging. Kimberley Products do not issue refunds for customers that change their minds.

 

Note: Returns are subject to a restocking fee. No refund will be given on freight or pick up charges.
