KASW63 Fakro LST Metal Scissors Attic Ladder - 2.8m

The Fakro LST Metal Scissors Loft Ladder - 2.8m is equipped with a 3.6cm thick, white insulated hatch. The hatch is insulated to U value: 1.1 W/m²k. The scissors design means the folded ladder needs less space, and can be installed in smaller openings. The box structure is made of wood and features quick-installation brackets as standard. The hatch unloading mechanism supports the unit in any position, to guarantee safe ladder folding and unfolding. The clever structure design eliminates the need for a lock. The metal ladder is powder-coated in grey. This ladder unfolds to a height of 2.8 metres.
